How do I filter Q&A and Discussion by Team?

As of July 2021, we've introduced the option to filter Q&A and Discussion posts by team.

What are my options?

There are two options for the display of Q&A and Discussion comments:

1. Display all comments: This will display comments from all users within the company.

2. Filter by team: Comments will be filtered down to the team that a user is part of.

 

Option 1: Displaying all comments

In the example pictured below, you can see that all comments are visible to everyone and there is no filter applied:

 

Option 2: Filtering by team 

In the example below, you can see that there is a team filter applied - and each user will be able to filter the comments according to which team they are in:

How do I change this setting? 

To select which option you'd prefer, please go to Company Settings > Content > Discussion and Q&A.

Please note that this setting will be universally applied across your platform. This means that the setting will be the same for all users - you can't select a different option per user.
